Has anyone had experience with checking online reviews before making a decision about a company? I sometimes find it difficult to understand which comments are genuinely useful, especially when people describe very different experiences. I usually try to read the detailed reviews rather than relying only on the overall rating, but I'm curious how other people approach this.

Hi,
Welcome to the group. I tend to order through old accounts and occasionally through recommended listings. It has happened that I check reviews when there is a problem however so far all good. I also always open an account with them.
