How Management & Leadership affect us

Management & leadership is probably the most diverse task and result which it produces. It is sometimes underrated as a strategic routine, forward task, pretty much written down but actually it is very live. Both management and leadership is a very live thing. It does address us in every way, visually and mentally. I think it is something which has to be rated much higher how it does affect people. I think it is sometimes undermined and has results in sales, growth, yes in business growth. So it is something very important to get right.


Traditionally management incorporates structure. There are the users, there is staff, team leaders, managers, VIPs it goes on and on. Most of them relate to management. That's the typical structure. There are occasions where managers use different tactics, mostly to produce increase in sales and growth. It is profit orientated but also it has to fit the figures. In the end the business owner wants to see a profit. So they to tailor their strategies, their workers, employees and staff to work mostly on figures. There is a lot of software out there and also juniors will be integrated into these strategies. It is regarded as being emotionally intelligent. This will be incorporated into management which pleases staff, so the future is much more positive than it was in the last 20 years where everybody quietly worked as much as possible within a short time.


I think the future will be less workload. I think it will be more tailored to the staff and it will be resulting into more growth for the company. There are institutions who work on that and also contracted in to improve the working environment and results. So the future looks much brighter than the Adam's approach.


Leadership hasn't changed greatly. It has been guidance, mentoring, taking responsibility, promoting, incorporating everyone. Leadership does value everyone. Good leadership doesn't prescribe a recipe or medication. Leadership let's you grow as you are. The pace you take, the approach you take. Real leadership is looking at you as something to grow and develop. Practically none of your attributes will be denied, will be pushed away, looked at as unnecessary. None! Exactly the way you come, is the way you are going to grow. That's very much like nature. Leadership can do that. Leadership can grow from a variety of different sources incorporating simplicity for some, incorporating complexity as you need it. It is really there to grow whichever way it comes. But also leadership is responsible for the outcome and that's very often not 100 people in an organization, that is sometimes just a few who are responsible for that. So also in leadership the importance is there in growth and that means for everybody, that means promotions, incomes, profits, company stability, strategy, practically everything.


So leadership has to look into everything. Also if there are problems, there is no sales placed, there is no work, there is very little coming in. Leadership looks into it. So there is knowledge there. There is an enormous amount of knowledge there for some people not many people. So it doesn't go from one post to the other. It is much quicker and results are coming back much quicker. So actually you know about a problem yourself very quickly. It isn't that someone has to address you, you quickly find out if you have to change, improve, increase steps. Leadership attracts problems very fast without many steps. Personal intellect can grow in an enormous way in many directions whereas management is tailored to something. Your capacity, your memory is really tailored to certain software and outcomes. Sometimes referred to as "thinking in the box". Leadership is frequently connected to artists, self-employment and creators. There is more freedom. They can decide how to apply their business model. These people are very sought after. They are very much in demand to take up high positions in businesses. Good leadership should never be underrated.


Also leadership relies on good sources. There are courses, books, media. If well-sourced and made available leadership is a growing power as long as you are involved. So don't go yachting, flying all over the world. You are a good leader and stay with your organization. You never let it down. You grow and grow. You can achieve the mentality of infinite growth. This is really what leadership has been doing for the last 20 years. People believed in their income only growing. It never stops. But you have to be there. The moment you leave is the moment it vanishes in thin air. It is possible to go and create a legacy. While management has targets, true leadership has infinite solutions. There are no figures who can stop you.


So anyone who is looking for a job has to know if management or leadership is the right outcome. It is worth asking in the interview as to how much is managed and led. The need for continuous input, mentoring to grow. Hence investing in you. It is not 500 people in your organizations you have to invest into. You allocate tasks. You make them available and reproduce, replicate. The growth comes from replicating the leader. All follow your steps. This is real infinite growth.


Network Marketing has become very quiet almost distinct and actually it was the only solution to freedom. It was the solution to infinite incomes. It was the only one available and I think it still has got a future. Many more redundancies on the way. Many more decisions becoming self-employed. Arts and music can survive but others will be gone. Why not adopt the perfect business model? It's like shops. Many are swollen up by online sales but some survive. They adapt and so it is for network marketing. Some will exist. They do things differently. Leadership can involve everyone. Everyone will eventually grow to leadership. It can happen that you work on many things. Many say that's wrong. You can't. But actually building the business is yours and not 50 agencies, other entrepreneurs consulting. The business needs to remain in your hands otherwise you have to carry their business into your business also leadership also the business model. Always act and lead from within. Your belief is the source of solutions. Management is open to share this responsibility. It is very important that every member is working in collaboration and not left out. Spoken words of actions count more than management. It reaffirms knowled

ge and action. Therefore communication streams to every member are vital.


Most jobs stipulate the working hours. All is fixed about being on time, leaving on time, switching off when going home. In leadership you can replicate work at home. You find working solutions for home and family you can apply solutions. Importance lies on other matters than waking up at the exact time for work.

Most important for leaders is to make sure you are on the right path. On a path where you can grow and develop, where you belong. Being on the wrong path is not mental instability or poverty. It's actually what you are doing isn't ticking. You have to work harder, maybe repeating over and over again and development is very slow if at all achieved. That's because you are on the wrong path. Why do athletes run faster than ever? That's because they are on a different path. People say "don't work hard, work smart". If you are not on the right path you can never work smart. You simply have not got the tools available.

The right path will facilitate growth and project a growing future.
